Crypto and the wallets that open it, domain names, online business accounts, cloud storage, the jewellery in the drawer. When someone dies, the family often cannot find them, or finds them and cannot get in. The register says what exists and where the way in is kept. The seal makes the version kept with the will checkable by anyone.
Fill it in on screen, save it, and seal that exact file. Working in Word? The same register as a Word file.
How it works
Photograph the jewellery, the watch, the painting or the collection, and seal the photographs with the receipts and valuations. You get a dated record of what you owned that anyone you show it to can check. A resized or re-saved copy of a sealed photograph still shows as a close match. The register has a section for each item and the link to its seal.
Free for a person. APIR does not inspect the item or say what it is worth. To keep the photographs themselves, put them in your vault: encrypted in your browser, readable by you alone.
Seal a valuableA seal page shows the title, the name on the certificate, the one line declaration, and each file's name, size and fingerprint. Never the register. It is not listed or searchable anywhere.
When a firm registers it, the name on the certificate is the firm and the matter reference, never the client.

The pilot
Three firms, set up by the founder. AUD 500 of credit, drawn by the firm's registrations. Credit never expires.
APIR pays no commission or referral fee. What the firm charges its client is its own fee.
Sign in with the firm's account to register a client. Each registration draws the rate card pricefrom the firm's credit.
Credit is bought by card on the billing page once signed in, and never expires. Or email ripa@apir.ai for fifteen minutes: we seal a sample register while you watch, change one character in it, and let you see the check refuse it.
A person can seal their own register free at apir.ai/seal. Registered by the firm, it goes on the firm's account under the matter reference.
We don't promise results. We prove whatever happens.
Tell us about the practice: how many wills a month, and how you would like the register to reach the client. A person replies from ripa@apir.ai.
